How do I place an order?
Shopping at WhqKalc™ is quick and easy. Browse our collection of rugs, carpet accessories, and home textile essentials, choose the products you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart, and continue through checkout to complete your order.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. After your purchase has been successfully submitted, a confirmation email will automatically be sent containing your order information and purchase summary.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details. The tracking number can be used to follow your package throughout the delivery process.
Can I update or cancel my order?
Because many orders move into processing shortly after checkout, we recommend contacting our customer support team as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or make changes to your order. While we will do our best to help, adjustments may not always be possible after processing has begun.
