We want you to feel comfortable ordering gift products from WhqKalc™. This policy outlines the return conditions, the steps required before sending an item back, and the way qualifying refunds are handled.

Before Sending a Return

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, submit a return request to our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. Please wait for approval before mailing the product back. After reviewing and accepting your request, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Conditions for Acceptance

To qualify for a return, the merchandise must be unused and remain in its original condition. Include the original packaging whenever possible, along with proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Some items are not eligible for return because of hygiene concerns, safety considerations, or restrictions that apply to the specific product.

Return Costs and Refund Processing

Customers generally pay the return shipping expenses. This requirement is waived when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when the return is necessary because of a shipping error.

We will inspect the merchandise after it is received and inform you whether your refund has been approved. Any approved amount will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

The shipping fee charged on the initial order is normally nonrefundable unless the return was caused by an error on the part of WhqKalc™.
