Customers may request a return within 30 days after the delivery date if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase.

To be considered eligible for a return, products must remain unused and in their original condition. Whenever available, items should also be returned with the original packaging included. How Returns Are Handled

After a return request is submitted and approved, the WhqKalc™ support team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Unless the return is related to a damaged product, defective merchandise, or a shipping mistake made by our team, return shipping expenses are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping charges from the original order are typically non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error caused by WhqKalc™.
